Join us on Wednesday March 19th for a private immersive crystal bowl sound bath led by Michelle Wax, visualization, journaling and connection with other amazing women in the Boston area.
What is a sound bath? A sound bath is an immersive listening experience. You’ll be guided through a meditation visualization accompanied by the healing frequencies of crystal sound bowls.
The sound bowls' vibrations bring harmony to the body's energy centers and also have a calming effect on the brain waves which helps usher you to a meditative state. The result is a deeply restful and rejuvenating journey, a welcome counterbalance to our busy lives!
***Make sure to bring a yoga mat, notebook and pen, and an extra layer (sweater, sweatshirt, blanket etc)
Happening March 19th at 6:30PM at our home base, The City Retreat in South Boston.
Before all Boston Babes Social Club events we start an Instagram group chat so you can get to know one another ahead of time! Most first timers to our events come SOLO, so you are not alone - the typical age range is from 24-39.
