3) Release & Restore

Private Sound Healing with Future Self Visualization & optional Astrology Activation reading add-on

Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed with your favorite beverage and Michelle will walk you through what to expect for your custom Release & Restore experience. Wear cozy clothes!

All you need to do is relax and receive — each Release & Restore experience is custom designed to cleanse your unique energy, align your chakras, relax your mind and body, and align you with your highest soul timeline.

We’ll start off with a brief meditation to drop in to the experience, and then we’ll flow into your custom sound healing with our crystal sound bowls.

We’ll close out the experience together with a guided Future Self Visualization to connect you to your highest potential and journaling to lock in the experience.
